It is, in one word, an e-bike pool (elcykelpool) where everyone can access and use an e-bike when it is needed. We have just launched the Arrowspeed E-bike system pilot and the App so that a user can simply register and access the system from within her smartphone. Let me walk you through how the system works:
- Step 1 : Open the Arrowspeed APP on your mobile phone.
- Step 2 :Find a nearby E-bike docking station using the built-in map, Click “Scan QR code”.
- Step 3 :Pointing your mobile camera to the QR code on the docking station.
- Step 4 :Confirm using your E-bike in your APP.
- Step 5 :Just Biking! Do NOT use your mobile phone while biking.
- Step 6 : Remember to lock your E-bike while temporary leaving it (say, for Fika); the APP will automatically prompt you to Unlock ( an Unlock button in APP) when you return to your E-bike.
- Step 7 : Finish your trip by returning the bike to a docking station near by and pay the bill with a simple click. If needed, you can also check your Receipt in the APP.
See, it is as simple as that!
